Through this Legal Notice on the website: https://www.atlantigogroup.com/ (hereinafter, collectively, the “Website”), we inform you of your rights and obligations in relation to the content available on the Website and the logos and brands used on it, as well as the responsibilities that may arise from its use.

However, whenever these regulations provide for the possibility of submitting to a specific jurisdiction, for any litigation arising from or related to the services we provide through the Website, the Spanish legislation in force at the time of the dispute will apply, and the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid will hear such litigation issue.
