To this end, the following points are recorded regarding the person responsible for the processing of personal data that are provided to the professional law firm for the development and provision of services that are contracted, as well as to answer requests, inquiries and information that are made through this website.

  • Management of the personnel selection process for ATLANTIGO and the relationship with future candidates. This treatment is legitimized by the consent given by future candidates for inclusion in the Company's database.

4. CONSERVATION OF DATA

The data provided will be retained for the duration of the contract and will be blocked at the expiration of the contract.

In this way, the data will be blocked and retained for the period of limitation of actions that may arise from the contractual relationship subscribed by you.

The data provided will be retained in order that we can meet our legal, fiscal and / or accounting obligations, being canceled the data at the expiration of the contract you have signed with ATLANTIGO or when you revoke your consent. That is to say, the data will be blocked and kept during the period of prescription of the actions that could derive from the contractual relation subscribed by you, and afterwards they will be deleted.

In addition, the data subject has the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) as the supervisory and control authority for data protection in the Spanish territory.

7. SECURITY

In relation to the personal data collected, ATLANTIGO has adopted and will adopt the security levels required by the applicable regulations, appropriate to the nature of the data being processed at all times. Notwithstanding the above, technical security in a medium such as the Internet is not impregnable and there may be malicious actions by third parties, although ATLANTIGO puts all the means at its disposal to prevent such actions.

ATLANTIGO may modify this data protection policy as a result of legislative changes, jurisprudential doctrine and rulings of the regulatory body that are directly, indirectly or sectorially applicable.
